- Final invoice to be produced by hotel at the time of Hotel check in.
- Reservation is non transferable.
- Tariff is subject to change by the hotel management without notice.
- Season time rates may be increased.
- Reservation will be cancelled without refund if the guest does not check in at hotel on the date of reservation.
- All diputes / legal claims are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
- Handwritten amendment/ alteration will not be entertained.
- Telephonic cancellation is not acceptable.
- Refund money to be transferred to guest name only through Bank transfer or via A/C payee cheque.

Cancellation charges are as follows (applicable on total tariff)
- Minimum cancellation charge is 30% which is applicable 7days before of arrival.
- It is 40% 6 days before of arrival.
- It is 50% 5 days before of arrival.
- It is 75% 4 days before of arrival.
- It is 100% 3 days before of arrival.
- 5% on future adjustment.
