For group (4 rooms and above) : cut off date would be 15 days prior to arrival. in the event of no show or cancellation within 15 days prior to group arrival would attract 1 night retention charge, and within 7
NATURAL CALAMITIES (including landslides, earthquakes, flood, road blockage, route closure) : 90% refund
The hotel takes no responsibility or any liability whatsoever with regards to the issue of permits therefore, guests are informed to procure the permits either through their respective tour operator, travel agents or by self through the concerned department directly.

CANCELLATION RULES

• Cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled on or after 21-August-2017.
• Cancellation fee of 75% if cancelled on or after 20-August-2017.
• Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled on or after 18-August-2017.
• Cancellation fee of 35% if cancelled on or after 10-August-2017.
• Cancellation fee of 24% if cancelled on or after 26-July-2017.
• Cancellation fee of 0% if cancelled on or after 21-July-2017.
